    Yes! When you book a court, you can choose to share the cost of the court with some players and not others when you invite them.
  • Can I drop in and play without a court reservation?
    We will allow drop-ins, but reservations always take priority. Please make a reservation in advance to ensure you get the court time you want.
  • Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
    Our facility is 100% ADA compliant.
  • Does Martini’s Indoor Pickleball have a mobile app?

  • What is your cancellation policy on programs and court rentals?
    Members or guests will have a 24-hour court cancellation policy. You will be responsible for the court time cost if you cancel within 24 hours.
  • What is the dress code?
    Members and guests are expected to wear appropriate clothing at all times, including a shirt and non-marking court sneakers. Cell phone usage is highly discouraged on any court of play.
  • What is the policy on food and beverages at Martinis Indoor Pickleball & Athletic Center?
    At Martinis, we strive to provide a convenient and enjoyable experience for all our customers. As part of our food and beverage policy, we offer a selection of sports drinks, waters, protein shakes, and protein bars available for purchase at the front desk. These carefully chosen options are designed to support your nutritional needs while you enjoy our services. We kindly ask that customers refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into our facilities to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. If you have any specific dietary requirements or questions, please do not hesitate to speak with our front desk staff, who are always here to assist you.   • How do I sign up for a membership?

  • Can I suspend/freeze my membership?
    Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to three months, but you will incur a cost of 50% of your monthly membership.
  • How will I be provided a DUPR rating?
    How will I be provided a DUPR rating? We cannot manually give someone a rating. One can only be given a rating when they have recorded matches entered into the DUPR website. To help get our members rated, we will hold Open Play for DUPRsessions. Our staff will enter match scores from this session for you. Once you create a DUPR account, https://www.dupr.com you will start to build a rating.
  • What are hours of operation?
    We are open 24/7, 7 days a week, except for major holidays and inclement weather.
  • Are there lessons or clinics available for beginners?
    Many instructional programs include group lessons, clinics, or private coaching sessions. We offer freeinstructional pickleball for first-time students; you may sign up on the app.
  • How far in advance can I book?
    Members can book courts fourteen days in advance, and non-members can book courts three days in advance, subject to availability.
  • What membership options are available?
    Individual and Family memberships are available. Visit our page to learn more. Memberships can be paid monthly or in full.
  • What amenities does your facility offer?
    Seven indoor courts, lounge, interactive and dink wall Brand new locker rooms and showers Steam rooms and saunas Saltwater pool, we provide classes and free swim hours Coed cardio and weight room A private women's only room with cardio machines and weights An Indoor track Smoothies and power bars are available at the front desk
  • Do I need to wear non-marking shoes at Martinis Indoor Pickleball & Athletic Club?
    Yes, we require all patrons to wear non-marking court sneakers at Martinis. Our court surfaces are of the highest quality, and to maintain their condition, we do not permit shoes with black soles, such as running shoes. Non-marking shoes help ensure the longevity and safety of our courts for all users.
  • How do I purchase a gift card?
    Just call us, and we can give you a gift of any amount to an individual of your choice!
  • What is Bill Splitting?
    When you book a court, you can split the cost with the other players you invite. All invitees must be on Playbypoint app to split the bill. You will choose all your players, then tap NEXT scroll down to players and tapthe box “include payment” each player or team organizer will choose that option all players must add credit cards to their accounts regardless of membership status. (For example: If you add a “guest” that individual must download the Playbypoint app and provide their billing information.)
  • Do you offer free parking for customers?
    Yes, our customers can enjoy the convenience of free parking. We have a large parking lot available to ensure our guests have an easy and stress-free visit. Simply park your vehicle in our spacious lot and come enjoy all that Martinis Indoor Pickleball & Athletic Center has to offer!
